We will be the property manager’s local eyes and hands. We will conduct site visits, take photos, make inspection notes, punch-list creation, unit turns. Visit, inspect, take notes and pictures Property condition assessment or property inspection report Check an occupied property periodically Routine inspection or mid-lease inspection Check exterior only Drive-by inspection or exterior condition check Document condition before a tenant moves in Move-in condition inspection Document condition after move-out Move-out inspection Identify repairs, cleaning, and replacements Make-ready assessment, rent-ready assessment, or turn assessment Create a list of needed work Punch list, scope of work, or turn list Coordinate/perform work between tenants Unit turn, tenant turn, make-ready, or vacancy turn Visit an absentee-owner property and report issues Property watch, vacant-property check, or site check
